Methods of Payment
Neumann Concierge Services accepts cash, checks, money orders and traveler's checks.
A La Carte Prices
$35 per hour of concierge services. One hour minimum required, quarter hour increments thereafter.
Seniors and veterans receive a 10% discount on a la carte pricing.
Bronze Package
Five hours of concierge service monthly. $166.25 monthly. 5% discount from a la carte pricing.
Gold Package
15 hours of concierge service monthly. $446.25 monthly. 15% discount from a la carte pricing.
Silver Package
10 hours of concierge service monthly. $315 monthly. 10% discount from a la carte pricing.
Terms of Use
Payments
Neumann Concierge Services respectfully requests full payment at time of services rendered. The cost of any purchases is NOT included in hourly rate. Any prices listed by Neumann Concierge Services are for services rendered by Neumann Concierge Services and do not include charges for third party vendors or merchandise purchased to complete the request.
Services for monthly plans require payment in full before services are rendered.
Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice are scheduled with a convenience fee of $20.00 to accommodate necessary scheduling changes.
Unused Hours
All hours for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.
Errands
All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 30 miles of travel. Travel over 30 miles will be billed at the rate of $.48 per mile.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service Neumann Concierge Services requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of the service being charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
Pets
Services including the transportation of pets require that the client provide a suitable pet carrier and proof of Michigan rabies vaccination.
Fee Information
As many services as possible will be completed in the hour.
Mileage is included up to 30 miles, $.48 per mile beyond the 30 miles.
Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice or $25.00 fee applies.
24 hour notice is requested for all tasks, however, if possible we will attempt to meet every request.
